Community Guidelines

Last updated: 5 September 2026

Frendz Live works because most people behave well. These guidelines exist for everyone else. They form part of the Terms & Conditions, and they apply everywhere on the platform: 1-on-1 video, live streams, party rooms, voice rooms, chat, Moments and your profile.

Frendz Live is 18+. Any account that appears to belong to a minor is removed permanently. Any content involving a minor is removed, the account is terminated, and the matter is reported to the competent authorities.

The short version

  • Be a real adult, using your own account.
  • Keep your clothes on.
  • Do not record anyone.
  • Do not ask anyone for money.
  • If someone says no, that is the end of it.

Zero tolerance — immediate permanent ban

These result in termination on the first instance, without warning, and where applicable a report to law enforcement:

  • Any sexual content, contact or solicitation involving a person under 18, real or depicted.
  • Any presence of a minor on camera in a sexualised context.
  • Non-consensual sexual content, including sharing intimate images of someone without their consent.
  • Sextortion — threatening to publish images unless someone pays or complies.
  • Credible threats of violence, terrorism, or incitement to a mass-casualty act.
  • Human trafficking, or advertising commercial sexual services.
  • Livestreaming self-harm, suicide or serious violence.

Not allowed

Nudity and sexual content

No nudity, exposed genitals, exposed female nipples, sexual acts, masturbation, or sexually suggestive posing. No sexual audio. No requesting these from another user. This applies whether the camera is on you or on a screen you are showing.

Harassment and hate

No abuse, threats, stalking, sexual harassment, or repeated unwanted contact. No slurs or attacks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or serious disease. No coordinated pile-ons.

Recording and privacy

No recording, screenshotting or screen-capturing another user. No re-uploading anyone’s video or images anywhere. No sharing another person’s address, phone number, workplace, documents or financial details.

Fraud and money

No asking users for money, gift cards, crypto or bank transfers. No investment, trading or “guaranteed returns” pitches. No romance scams. No fake charity appeals. No selling accounts, coins or gifts.

Impersonation and manipulation

No pretending to be someone else, including staff. No pre-recorded, looped or virtual-camera video presented as live. No bots, automation, modified clients or engagement farming.

Illegal and dangerous

No drugs, weapons, counterfeits or other illegal goods. No content promoting self-harm or eating disorders. No gambling operations. No content glorifying violence or extremist organisations.

Spam and off-platform traffic

No advertising, mass messaging or repetitive posting. No pushing users onto other platforms, especially to continue a conversation the guidelines would not permit here.

Extra rules for hosts

  • Broadcast as yourself. The verified person on the account must be the person on camera.
  • No pre-recorded or virtual-camera footage passed off as live.
  • No inducing gifts through misleading claims, fake emergencies or promises of off-platform content.
  • No self-gifting, agency-organised gift cycling, or any other artificial inflation of earnings.
  • You are responsible for what happens in your room, including your guests and your moderators.
  • Do not share, resell or sideload the Host App to anyone who has not been approved.

How we enforce

Enforcement ladder
SeverityTypical outcome
Minor, first timeContent removed, warning issued
Repeated minorFeature restriction for 24–72 hours
SeriousSuspension of 7–30 days, earnings for the period withheld
Severe or repeated seriousPermanent termination, balance forfeited
Zero-tolerance listImmediate permanent termination, device ban, report to authorities

We consider context, intent and history, but severity dominates. Ban evasion — new accounts, new devices, new numbers — extends the original penalty.

Reporting and appeals

Reporting

Use the report control on any video, stream, room, message or profile. In-app reports attach the session context automatically, which makes them far easier to action. For anything outside the app, or anything urgent, email safety@frendzlive.com, or childsafety@frendzlive.com for child safety.

Reports are confidential. The person you report is not told who reported them. Deliberately false reports are themselves a violation.

Appeals

If you think we got it wrong, email support@frendzlive.com within 30 days with your username and the date of the action. Someone who was not involved in the original decision reviews it and replies within [14 days]. Decisions on the zero-tolerance list are final.
