How to delete your account and what is kept, for how long, and why — linked from the account-deletion screen and the app-store listings.
How to delete your account
- In the app: Account › Settings › Delete Account. Deletion takes no more steps than signing up, and you will not be asked to complete a survey.
- Without the app: email privacy@frendzlive.com from your registered email or mobile, after confirming your identity with a one-time password.
What happens when you delete
- Your profile, content and display name are removed from public view immediately, and you are signed out on all devices.
- Any subscription is cancelled, and no further renewal is charged.
- Before you confirm deletion, the deletion screen shows your unused purchased Coins and any unexpired subscription, and their rupee value. On deletion at your request, unused Coins and any unexpired subscription lapse and are not refunded, except the carve-outs in the Refund Policy (Firm closure without your breach; exit on material Policy change; minor account; Platform discontinuance).
- Creator Earnings are not Coins and are paid out under the Creator Agreement after review periods and adjustments.
- Personal data is erased within thirty (30) days after deletion becomes final, except the categories listed below.
- You will receive written confirmation of deletion listing retained categories and erasure dates.
