What happens to your complaint

  • The complaint is logged, acknowledged and assigned to a trained reviewer. Complaints involving minors, intimate images or threats are prioritised.
  • Where content is removed or an account is restricted, the person who posted it is informed of the action and the reason, unless the law prevents it.
  • You receive a written decision with reasons. The Firm does not close a complaint without a decision.
  • A User whose content or account was actioned may ask for review once, within fifteen (15) days, by a reviewer who did not take the original decision.
